Communication Research Registry Spotlight
The Northwestern Center for Audiology, Speech, Language, and Learning (NUCASLL) intersects clinical expertise and pioneering research with an unswerving commitment to patient care — providing trusted, evidence-based services to the community. NUCASLL’s specialized services address a host of hearing, learning, speech-language, and swallowing challenges affected by speech-language difficulties, hearing loss, learning disabilities, autism, stroke and cancer recovery, and other issues. Clinical faculty members direct services in partnership with medical teams, educators and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for each client.

- Native English speakers who are right-handed and with no history of neurological disorders or hearing loss
- Native English speakers with no history of speech and language services or hearing loss
